Health tips : Be careful for Mobile phone’s bad effect.




Everyday huge people use mobile phone. They use it for communications with each other. But many of them do not know that mobile phone is more harmful for their mental and physical health. It is very risk for their health for using cell phone.We must be more careful for this matter.

What do scientists say


Scientists make us know by their varieties research that Radio Frequency Radiation is using from mobile phone and BTS (Base Transceiver Station). This radiation can creat varieties reactions and problems for your good health. They marked some causes for the problems.

Varieties disease

World Health Organization ditected some disease which are created by mobile phone wave and its harmful radiation. Such as Alzheimers Disease, heart disease, anxiety, kidney damage, birth defects, cancers, brain cancers and tumors, memory loss, hair loss, blood pressure increase, chronic fatigue, depression, hallucination, eye and ear discomfort and pain, sleep disorders, facial rashes and swelling, headaches, chronic stress etc.

Risk for long time user of cell phone

It was proven by some research that those who are using mobile phone since 4 years, are at the risk of 3 health problems. Such as :
·        Decreased Male Fertility.
·        Increased Cancer Risk.
·        Behavioral Problems in children.

Tips

 So we have to be more careful using mobile phone.Such as :
·        Keep your mobile phone away from your body when on a call.
·   You can use a belt holster to keep your phone so that you will be safe from radiation. Try to give up the habit of carring mobile phone in pocket.
·   Don’t use mobile phone in a moving car, train, bus, or in rural areas at some distance from a cell tower.
·       Turn the mobile phone off when you are in sleep or rest.
·        You can use a corded landline phone. Because it does not emit radiation.
·        Keep your mobile phone away from children.
