• Don't forget to be nice with them and start again all day and do a little more often when everything becomes too much or too hard. Remember that 'Rome was not built in a day' and always take the "one step at a time", and it will  get you where you desire to go as long as you do.

Your own healthcare is the most important thing. It is better investment in the long term, you can do it by yourself. In the short term, constant discomfort and mood. In the long term, it sharpens the mind, improve sleep and improves physical energy. Remember again, the body is aging every day, where you do it yourself known to many now.
