Good health: Prevention of hair loss





I dislike hair loss and I know that everybody does it. It's our regular problem, but we don’t know what to do. There are varieties causes for hair loss such as wrong diet, mineral deficiency, medications, stress, pollutions and your genetics. Helmets and caps are another cause of hair loss. Here are a few tips for you.

1. Take care of your hair


Generally hair loss is not in your control. But you can do the best for preventing this problem. Take care of your health. You have to minimize the usage of hair dryers, hot curlers, hot brushes, hair fasteners, and chemical treatments and your hair will last longer. Remember that natural drying is the  best for your hair. So you need no artificial hair dryers. Don’t color your hair more often than 6 to 8 weeks.

2. Be careful for your hair-style

Everybody has a own hair-style.But Some hair-styles require tight pulling and elastics, clips, etc. It may be a reason of your hair loss if you do it regularly. So you must change this habit in order to prevent hair loss. Tight ponytails, braiding tightly, cornrows, and plaits are also harmful for healthy and long hair. So make it easy and smart.

3.Wash your hair smoothly


You have to wash your hair regularly with a mild shampoo. Hair washing can keep your hair fresh and alive. It also can form a part of preventing hair loss. You must avoid brushing wet hair. If you must comb wet hair, you can take a very soft and wide-toothed comb. When your hair is dry, use a soft and gentle brush to brush it.

4. Control your stress


Stress is harmful for our body. It damages all of our bodies and our hair is no exception. So avoid stress for healthy hair. Try to have a deep sleep. Physical exercise is good for health. So take this habit regularly. You can go to green and it will make you fresh and healthy.

5. Natural treatment

Hair loss can be tragic for your image. Prevention is the best remedy. You can use different natural home remedies to reduce hair loss. Natural treatments are commonly used to treat hair loss. Indian coconut milk is known as the richest source of animal feed. You can use coconut milk for a soothing massage on the scalp hence reducing hair fall.
6. Massage oil



Massaging oil is another system of preventing hair loss. Natural oils made from olive, jojoba, almond or coconut oils etc. Oils are heated with warm and the patient must massage the scalp for 20 minutes and leave for an hour and then wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

7. Natural juices


Varieties natural juices are able to reduce hair loss. Some of the natural juices can be used like onion juice and alovera juice. It is applied to the surface of the body during the massage for about 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. The natural juices can also balance hair shareholders and pH level of the scalp.

Neem is one of the most common plants with medicinal properties. Neem leaves are boiled in water for 30 to 45 minutes.  Extracts of neem leaves are applied to the surface of the skin and leave for a while. Neem leaves help in preventing hair loss, as well as additional benefits in health and beauty.

Antioxidants are substances to combat and neutralize free radicals in the body. Find antioxidants in many plants. Green tea is the most common antioxidant and not only the prevention of hair loss, it strengthens the immune system and thus improve the general body health. Green tea can be made of green tea bag in boiling water. This is applied to the affected area of the skin and leave it for 1 hour before washing and shampooing hair.

Amla is a herb that prevents the loss of hair on the scalp.Dried amla is soaked in coconut oil until it turns to black.The oils contain natural foods and used the scalp massage is an effective way to reduce hair loss.
