Man is a social being. He leads his life with tension. Because human life is not a bed of roses. But every moment he wants to be happy and wants to live a tension free life. Here are some instructions for them

1. Firstly:
A healthy living demands that you consume well, get sufficient rest and exercising. To eat, go organic when possible. Get up early and try to love nature. Being happy, Try to love everybody, everything
  
2. Exercise:

You can enjoy at the moment. Do not rush through living. Cherish the moments with family and friends. Time is spent with those who is really important. Relax and love.


5. Laughing is the best physician:

Laugh. Be jolly. Your children will love to discover that you take the time to be silly and laughed.

There are several ways to be happy, but with the crisis more and more nowadays, detecting happiness can be a little tricky. Despite all the pressures connected with life, we always act our finest to be cheerful-that being pleased is the only path to continue us afloat. Happiness is a very important treatment, both physically as mentally.
